Practice assessment

Sometimes, we need someone else to tell us we are professionally doing well. We need an objective eye to assess our practice. Self-assessment and an openness to change and grow are critical to our patients’ wellbeing. Dr. Tran offers practice assessments (chart review and feedback sessions) with the aim of correcting cognitive biases and blind-spots (to avoid making medical errors).

Personal Finances

Dr. Tran has a niche interest in personal finance literacy for healthcare professionals with a special focus on physician personal finance. Physicians are notoriously bad at managing their own finances. The topic is often a taboo. His podcast has the aim to provide education to the healthcare community so that open dialogue can become the standard of the future in the healthcare industry. His mission is to help professionals end running faster, harder, longer on the hamster wheel and prevent professional burnout. By properly understanding and managing personal finances, one can take back time into one’s hands. Time is, after all, one of the two only true assets (the other one is Health)

Dr. Tran offers life and personal financial mentorship for healthcare professionals in all stages of their career (new graduates to retirement stage, from novices to experts).
